About

An engineer’s take on
building muscle.

I’m Tim Littau. I trained 15 years natural before I ever touched a PED, and along the way I got tired of two kinds of fitness content: the academic lectures that leave you no closer to knowing what to do, and the bro-science that works right up until it doesn’t. So I make the thing I always wanted — simple, systematic training backed by doing the homework first.

Engineer’s brain

Why this exists

Most training advice online is generic — a template built for an average body, handed over with a “trust me”. It might even work. You’ll just never know why, and the day it stops working you’re left guessing. I think you deserve better than guesswork.

My background is in engineering, and engineers are allergic to two things: unexamined assumptions and needless complexity. So my approach is simple — learn as much as possible before doing anything. Research the mechanisms, weigh the trade-offs, read the evidence, and then make a deliberate decision instead of a hopeful one.

Theory isn’t the whole story, of course. The moment you apply something, reality pushes back and you have to adapt. But because the groundwork is done, every adjustment comes from an informed place rather than a hunch. That holds for a training block, for nutrition, and for the one topic people love to fixate on: yes, I’m open about being enhanced, and yes, I studied it exhaustively first — but it’s one part of the picture, handled exactly like everything else. Deliberately.

What I stand for

Four principles, no exceptions.

Do the homework

I learn a thing thoroughly before I apply it — the research, the mechanisms, the trade-offs. Your training comes from deliberate, informed decisions, not guesswork or hand-me-down templates.

Simple, shown working

You get a plan you can run on Monday — and the reasoning behind it on screen, so you trust it without needing a kinesiology degree.

Adapt with data

Tracked results, not magazine lore. Theory starts the plan; your data decides what changes. If the charts disagree with the “rule”, the charts win.

Honest about everything

Including PEDs — researched, transparent, one topic among many, never shock-value, always with disclaimers. Same approach whether you’re natural or enhanced.

What you won’t get

  • Hand you a generic template and a “trust me”
  • Bury Monday’s workout under 20 minutes of theory
  • Make everything about PEDs
  • Hand out cycles or play doctor

What you will

  • Give you a clear plan you can actually run
  • Show the research and data behind every choice
  • Tune everything to you — natural or enhanced
  • Adapt deliberately, from your tracked results

Let’s build something that fits you.

Coaching, a program, or just the free stuff on YouTube — start wherever makes sense.

Train simple.
Think systematic.
